Edward Todd III Obituary

Sumter, SC…Edward Eugene Todd III, age 81, beloved husband of the late Dorothy Copple Todd, died on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Prisma Health Richland.

Born in Birmingham, Alabama, he was the son of the late Edward Eugene Todd, Jr. and Doris Davis Todd. Mr. Todd attended the Church of the Holy Cross and was a member of the Church of the Holy Comforter.

Mr. Todd is survived by two sons, Michael Davis Todd of Sumter and Stephen Lear Todd and his wife Katherine of Raleigh, NC; two grandchildren, Davis and Katie Todd; and one sister, Beverly Gay Todd and her husband Chuck Trickett of Raleigh, NC.

A private service will be held.
