Fredrick Yozzo

Sumter, SC …..Fredrick Joseph Yozzo, Jr., went to join the Lord and the love of his life in heaven on February 8, 2019. He had God in his heart and his family by his side.

 Fred was born in Utica, New York on January 30, 1943. He was a master of all trades and an expert welder. His last job was foreman of civil engineering at Shaw Air Force Base. Beside his generous heart and love for his family, Fred was known as an avid sportsman and loved to fish and hunt. This craft he passed on lovingly to his son and grandsons.

Fred was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Cheryl L. Yozzo and his parents, Fredrick and Elizabeth Yozzo and a sister, Marie Dido.

He leaves behind, one daughter, Kristine Farley, one son, Fredrick Yozzo and his wife Julie; three grandchildren, Alexander Farley and his wife Amanda, Maxwell Farley and Ella Yozzo; four brothers, Mike, Mark, Richard and Ronnie and one sister, JoAnne Czrew along with many nieces and nephews. 

A celebration of life will be held in his hometown of Utica, New York in early March.
