Shawn R Draper

Sumter, SC …………… Shawn R. Draper, age 59, died on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Prisma Health Tuomey.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late Dale lee Draper and Loretta Francis Adaus Draper.  He served in the U.S. Navy and was a painter by trade.  Shawn was extremely talented and enjoyed both leather working and woodworking.  His favorite hobby was playing golf.  He will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him.

Surviving  are one son; Shawn Draper of Sumter; one unofficial daughter, Jacquelyn Taylor of Sumter; two brothers, Randell Draper of Sumter and David Draper of Missouri; one sister, Cindy Fry of St. Louis, Missouri and a special friend, Linda Smith of Sumter.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a sister, Dawn Draper.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family's Go Fund Me Account.

Services will be private.
