Sumter, SC….. James Neal Cook, age 86, died on Wednesday, July 26th, at his home.
Mr. Cook was born in San Antonio, TX, the only child of Kenneth Cook and Anna Runnolds Cook. He retired from Carolina Film Productions as Head of Security. He loved sports, his favorite team being the Dallas Cowboys. He loved his large family and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors are: Two sons, Kenneth O. Cook and his wife Kristie of Dalzell, SC, and Jimmy Cook of Houston, TX; Seven daughters, Audrey Horner and her husband Tom of Salt Lake City, UT, Andrea Cook of San Antonio, TX, Neasa Cook of Aztec, NM, Nikki Collier and her husband Guy of Aztec, NM, Brandee Benner and her husband Stewart Nelson of Bloomfield, NM, Jolene Godfrey and her husband Darren of Cary, NC, and Kattie Grove and her husband Kane of Kingston Springs, TN; 24 Grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 granddaughters, Jaynie Cline and Katt Livingston.
Services will be held at a later date in New Mexico.
