Joan Nagy Obituary
Sumter, SC…Joan Lorene Hasner Nagy, age 76 beloved wife of Donald Lee Nagy, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at Prisma Health Tuomey.
Born in Great Falls, MT, she was the daughter of the late Clinton Hasner and Elsie Hasner. Joan poured her life into her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be remembered as a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Surviving, in addition to her husband are: two daughters, Sherry Lynn Jackson and her husband Michael and Barbara Ann Nutter and her husband Allen Holden, all of Sumter; seven grandchildren, Megan Nutter, Austin Jackson, Kloey Simon, Daniel Simon, Tabitha Simon, Cameron Simon and Noah Holden; and adopted son, Tung Nguyen and his wife Thanh Ngan Pham of Columbia, SC and her beloved dog Zsa Zsa.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by; two sons, Roger Higgins and Douglas Nagy and a daughter, Terry Jo Simon.
