Lucille King Obituary
Sumter, SC…Lucille Marie Gastonguay King, age 76, beloved wife of Sylvio Onesime King, died on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Prisma Health Tuomey.
Born in Lewiston, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Leo Gastonguay and Jeannette Caron. Mrs. King loved to sew, read, and listen to French music. In addition, she enjoyed playing cards and watching television. She attended St. Anne Catholic Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Roger Major and Lee Major; one stepson, Dana King; two brothers, Jean Gastonguay and Bert Gastonguay; three sisters, Diane Santomango and her husband Dominic; Martha Faucher; and Helen Doyon and her husband JP; one grandson; and one great grandson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Gastonguay and Denis Gastonguay.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 10:00 am at St. Anne Catholic Church.
