Sumter, SC…Marion Mobley Lipscombe was called home by his Savior on January 22, 2022.
Born in Florence, SC, on April 21, 1954, he lived the majority of his life in Sumter. He was a son of the late Clarence Douglas Lipscombe, Jr and Alice Mobley Lipscombe of Sumter.
