Sumter, SC…Milorad Robert Knezevich, age 82, beloved husband of Barbara Ann Knezevich, died on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Prisma Health Tuomey.
Born in Braddock, PA, Bob was a son of the late Milosh Stephen Knezevich and Mildred Obradovich Knezevich. He served in the US Air Force and retired after 26 years as a CMSGT. After his career in the Air Force, he went to work as a car salesman for Goodwin Buick where he worked for over 20 years. Bob loved sports and was an avid sports fan. He participated in many sports during his life and was a fierce competitor. Growing up in Pennsylvania, his favorite teams were the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and Penguins. Locally, he supported the Sumter High School football and basketball programs as well as the Sumter P-15’s and The University of South Carolina Football team.
Surviving in addition to his wife are; four daughters, Sherry Portillo of Sumter, Deborah Knezevich of Sumter, Pamela Osborne of Panama City, FL and Kristine Knezevich of Greenville, NC; two brothers, Steve Knezevich and his wife Nancy and Melvin Knezevich of Monroeville, PA; nine grandchildren, Christopher Knezevich, Nicholas Johnson, Ashley Johnson, Kyle Osborne, Rebekah Brockington, Elizabeth Hiller, Matthew Burns, Skyler Cranfield and Victor Knezevich; and seventeen great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by; a sister, Mary Ann Knezevich; two sons-in law, Arthur Osborne and Joe Portillo; and a great granddaughter, Devyn Jewell.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 11:00 am in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with full Military Honors.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 9, 2020, from 5:00–7:00 pm at Bullock Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Knezevich, Nicholas Johnson, Matthew Burns, Ronald Brockington, Dustin Cranfield, and Victor Knezevich.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Kyle Osborne, Trevor Hiller, Steve Knezevich and Melvin Knezevich.
