Nancy E Rice

North Myrtle Beach, SC…Nancy Erwin Rice, age 90, beloved wife of the late Allan E. Rice, died on Friday, February 12, 2021 at her residence.

Born in Laurinburg, NC, she was the daughter of the late George and Mamie Cashwell. Mrs. Rice loved spending time with her family, dinning out, and fishing. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church and Eastern Star Home.

Surviving are: two daughters, Nancy Griffin and her husband Jimmy of Sumter and Margaret Britt and her husband Ronnie of Little River; three grandchildren, Robin Britt of Alaska, Leigh Griffin Carter of Apex, NC, and Lacey Griffin Ray of Holly Springs, NC; and four grandchildren, Jessica Britt, Britt Rice, Morgan Ray, and Emma Carter.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Betty Chance.

A private family graveside service was held in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
