Obituary
Dalzell, SC… Pantaleon Hernandez-Alejandre, age 65, beloved husband of 35 years to Rosa Maria Gonzalez-Hernandez, died on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at Prisma Health Tuomey.
Born in Mexico, he was the son of the late Pantaleon Hernandez-Gonzalez and Hilaria Alejandre-Garcia. Pantaleon was known to have a great sense of humor and loved life. He was a loving and devoted husband and father. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by; two sons, Pantaleon Hernandez-Gonzalez and Luis Angel Hernandez both of Sumter; three daughters, Fatima Hilaria Hernandez of Denver, CO, Rosa Ines Hernandez, and Preciosa Guadalupe Hernandez, both of Sumter; and seven brothers and one sister.
A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 11:00 am at St. Jude Catholic Church. The interment will follow the mass in St. Lawrence Catholic Cemetery.
