Steven "Bolie" Eugene Laux, Jr.

Dallas, NC…. Steven Eugene Laux, Jr., “Bolie”, age 46, gained his wings on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.

Born on January 19, 1974 in Sumter. he was the son of Steven Eugene Laux Sr. and Brenda Truett Laux. He worked at Pilgrim’s Pride for over 17 years, he then continued his journey at Santee Print. He loved working on vehicles.

He was the husband of Lisa Drawdy Laux; the Daddy of Cassey Brooke Laux and Kiley Andrea Laux, and the Papa of Langston Whittleigh Atkinson. He has three sisters, Melissa Laux (David), Katie Laux, April Bridgeman (Travis);one brother, Jamie Laux (Sandra) and several nieces and nephews. His companion was Crystal Parker of North Carolina.  He was the son-in-law of Wanda M. Drawdy and the late William A. Drawdy Sr.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends two hours prior the service on Sunday from 12:00-2:00 pm at Bullock Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be George Mefford, Brett Walson, Ronnie Jackson, Harry Lesane, Travis Bridgeman, and Richard Adams.
