Sumter, SC…Deanne Tatiana Rowley, age 20, died on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at her residence.
Born in Sumter, she was the daughter of Sabrina Marie Cook and Devin Rowley. Deanne was a free spirit and loved to draw. Her door was always open and she welcomed those who needed a place to stay. She was also known to rescue and take in stray cats. Deanne grew up, was baptized, and attended Hickory Road Baptist Church
In addition to her mother and father, surviving are two brothers, Anthony Floyd and Keith Rowley; half sister, Makayla Johnson; grandfather, Timothy Cordle and grandmother, Corinna Windham; great grandfather, Harold B. Cordle and great grandmother, Katherine Barnett and her husband Raymond Barnett; four uncles, John Cordle, Anthony Cordle, Mark House and his wife Allison, and Charles Windham; two aunts, Angela Berry and her husband Carlos and Amanda Racey and her husband John; along with numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Janie and Samuel Windham, aunt Selma Tennant and cousin, Heather Tennant.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ron Taylor officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Palmetto Chapter, 1122 Lady Street, Columbia, SC 29201.
