Dexter Furman Kneece

Sumter, SC… Dexter Furman Kneece, age 82, died on Monday, December 30, 2019 in Beaufort.

Born in Sumter, SC, he was the son of the late George Kneece and the late Syble Florence Davis. Mr. Kneece was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.

Surviving are: his friends, Sidney and Frances Flynn of Sumter.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Pearl Kneece, Myrtle Geddings Canady and one brother, John Kneece.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at 3:00 pm at Bethel Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2020, one hour prior to the service, from 2:00-3:00 pm at Bethel Baptist Church.

Memorials may be made to the Bethel Baptist Church, 2401 Bethel Church Road, Sumter, SC 29154.
