Jeff Leinart

Jeff Leinart, 49 and his lifelong friend, Claude L. Williams, were tragically killed on June 16, 2019 in New Orleans, Louisiana, while trying to help someone else.

Jeff was born on October 7, 1969 in Junction City, Kansas, but spent most of his earlier years in Louisiana. He had also lived in Tennessee and South Carolina.

Survivors are;  two aunts, Margie Sellers Fiest of Sumter, Carolyn (Frank) Sellers Norman of Jacksboro, TN and one uncle, Ray Sellers of Pioneer, TN and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Larry Leinart of Knoxville, TN; two brothers, Scott and Ricky and most recently, his loving mother, Joyce Sellers Leinart Sparks, who was born in Caryville, TN.

Services are private.
