William Ronald Ashcraft

Sumter SC...William Ronald Ashcraft was 70, born in Pine Bluff AR. He has resided in Sumter, South Carolina since 1973.

Despite having a rough upbringing he was able to find true peace and happiness when he started to study the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses. He was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in July 1975.

His joy in life increased when he married the love of his life Gail Hudson Ashcraft. They were married 42 wonderful years, they had two children Michael Ryan Ashcraft (Sunny) and Stacy Ashcraft Mueller (Billy).

Ron enjoyed hobbies such as fishing, gardening flowers and tinkering around in his shed. he was a skilled wielder and machinist. More then that he loved and spent much time helping other to learn Bible Truths and aiding those in his congregation as an elder.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witnesses, 100 Lynam Rd, Sumter, SC 29154.
