Arlie Wayne Stuart

Sumter, SC… Arlie Wayne Stuart, age 79, beloved husband of Imogene Bryant Stuart, died on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at his residence.

Born and raised in Newport, TN, Wayne was raised by his Aunt Cookie.  Wayne was a kindhearted man who rarely ever met a stranger.  He worked most of his life as an industrial electrician.  He was a strong man of faith and along with his loving wife Imogene, were faithful members of Unity Baptist Church.  He loved his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Amy M. Stuart Greeg of Newport, TN; a stepdaughter, Cindy Jean Hill of Sumter, SC; three step-sons, Rodney Seiber, Mike Seiber, and Jeff Seiber, all of Morristown, TN; a granddaughter, Brittany Hill of Ridgeway, and three great grandchildren, Trevor, Haley and Ember.
