Arthur Donald Morris

Sumter, S.C …. Arthur Donald Morris, II, age 49, beloved father to Grace Morris and Maxwell Morris, died on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at his residence.

Born in Sumter, SC, he was the son of Nancy Mitchell Morris and the late Michael Eugene Morris.  Donnie will be remembered as a very hard-working man who loved the outdoors.  He enjoyed fishing and was known to never wear a shirt.  Donnie was extremely gifted with the ability to fix anything.  His true joy in life came from spending time with his family, especially his children.  He will be deeply missed by those who knew him.

Surviving in addition to his children and mother are three brothers, Michael Oxendine, Rusty Morris, and Toby Morris; a sister, Megan Morris; Stepmother, Jan Morris; the love of his life, Andrea Morris; mother and father in law, Dave and Teresa Haynes; many nieces and nephews and his loyal canine companions, Pebbles and Pepper.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 5:00 pm in the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday, June 6, 2024, from 4:00–5:00 pm at Bullock Funeral Home.
