Billie Jean (Wilder) Rice

Dalzell, SC…Billie Jean Wilder Rice, age 87, beloved wife of the late Ronald Homer Rice, died on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at her residence.

Born in Crowley, Louisiana, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Addie Gow Wilder. Mrs. Rice worked on Shaw Air Force Base for over twenty years. She enjoyed dancing and was a member of the Shag Club. In addition, she enjoyed travelling and going to the beach with her late husband. Mrs. Rice was of the Methodist Faith.

Surviving are: one son, Ronald Wayne Rice and Barbara Harris of Dalzell; three grandchildren, Brian, Michael, and Sallie; and six great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 12:00-2:00 pm at Bullock Funeral Home with military honors beginning at 2:00 pm.
