Carla Denise (Webb) Boland

Sumter, SC…..Carla Denise Boland, age 62, beloved wife of more than 20 years to Johnny Boland, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Carla was born in Charleston, SC, a daughter of the late Marvin Douglas Webb and the late Shirley Jean Sellars Webb. She was a free spirit who was full of life and enjoyed being out in nature. She had a particular love for the mountains and enjoyed camping and fishing. Her dogs, Peaches and Sampson, held a special place in her heart. Carla will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Natasha Diana Gibbs and her husband Jason of Summerville, SC, and Samantha Jean Marcotte and her husband Rob of Sumter, SC; her brothers, Wayne Webb, Jimmy Webb, and Kenneth Webb; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
