Cashell Dawn Woods

Sumter, SC…Cashell Dawn Woods, age 48, died on Thursday, November 18, 2021.

Born in Mishawaka, Indiana, she was the daughter of Alexander McMillan and Rosanna Eppert. She enjoyed reading, writing, poetry, singing, riding horses, making her famous pasta alfredo, and loved nothing more than taking care of her grandbabies. Cashell was of the Christian faith and saw everybody in their brightest light.

Surviving in addition to her parents are: husband, William Michael Woods; four children, Alyssa Lynn Bessinger, Adam Chase Devenport, Madison Marie Woods, and William Michael Thomas Woods; two grandchildren, Elena Addison Bessinger, and Wyatt Jackson Bessinger; one brother, Kade Wiedeman; and one sister, Elizabeth Herring.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Laura Belle Carey.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 3:00-5:00 pm at Bullock Funeral Home.
