Sumter, SC…. Jerome Mynon White, affectionately known as "Squirrel", was born March 28, 1963. He entered eternal rest on March 28, 2020 athis residence. He was the son of the late Marion Phillips, and the late Doretha White, both of Dalzell, SC.
Jerome received his formal education in the public schools of Sumter County. Later he worked alongside his mother operating the family's business, "Doretha White's Social Club." He was also a member of St. Mark Four Bridges Missionary Baptist Church. Jerome enjoyed a host of outdoor activities; you could easily find him enjoying the sunshine and all that nature had to off er in his backyard.
Jerome leaves to cherishes his precious memories his daughters LaRavia White of Sumter and Ebony Greene of Dalzell, one son Jerome (Davonna) Lowery of Sumter, Nine brothers, Four sisters, Six grandchildren; Karter Solomon, Kamdyn Fleming, and Hartland Lowery, all of Sumter, Caiden Yates, Madisyn Yates, and Cameron Middleton, all of Dalzell. A special brother Earl Brunson, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Jerome is preceded in death by his loving wife Johnnie Mae White, his father Marion Phillips, his mother Doretha White, his brothers William White, James White, Emmanuel Dingle, Henry Carter, and· William Dingle, his grandmothers, and grandfathers.
