Jerry William Suloff

DALZELL, SC – Jerry William Suloff, 76, passed away at his home in Dalzell, South Carolina, on 15 November 2023. Jerry was born in Wilmington, Delaware, on 1 August 1947 to John and Ruth Suloff. Jerry spent most of his adult life in Lincoln, Delaware, a place he lovingly called home.  

Jerry proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1967 to 1971 and later retired from the United States Postal Service in 2010 after dedicating over 39 years to civil service. A man of diverse interests, he found joy in the camaraderie of bowling and the challenge of golf. Jerry was known for his sociable nature, always ready to engage in conversation, share stories, and sprinkling in some laughter with a joke.

Jerry was a loving husband and devoted father. He was a pillar of support for his loved ones. His kindness, generosity, and boundless love created a home filled with laughter, understanding, and love. Whether offering a comforting word, extending a guiding hand, or expressing love through simple gestures, he had an extraordinary gift for connecting with those around him.

In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by four of his siblings, Jacquline Knowles, Jane Hanna, June Larsen, and John Suloff Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Terry Suloff; and his three children, Charlene May, Tanya Suloff, and Jeremy Suloff. He is also survived by his sibling Joyce Faville.
