John Harley Neal

Manning, SC……John Harley Neal (1941-2026), beloved husband and father, passed away peacefully in his home in South Carolina on September 7, 2026.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Whitton Neal, his daughter, Tracey Neal Letmate, her husband Eric and two grandsons, Spencer and Parker, and his son, Duane Alan Neal, his wife Maribel and two grandsons, Gavin and Marcel.

At John’s request, there will be no funeral, memorial or celebration. He will be inurned at Beaufort National Cemetery at a later date.
