Sumter, SC…John Dale Weible, Jr., age 60, beloved fiancée to Julie Smithson, died on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at his residence.
Born in Sumter, SC, he is the son of Violet Soutter Rowland and the late John Dale Weible. Dale was a hard worker who enjoyed working in his yard around the house. His true joy in life came from spending time with his family, especially his daughter and granddaughter. He will be remembered as a very loving and devoted father, grandfather, fiancée, son, brother, and friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Surviving in addition to his fiancée and mother are; a daughter, Noell Hanniford and her husband Brandon of Sumter; one brother, Danny Weible and his wife Debbie of Sumter; three sisters, Debbie Ashy and her husband Tony of Sumter, Donna Thompson of Sumter, and Darlene Kennington of Tyler , TX; a granddaughter, Whitley Hanniford; numerous nieces and nephews; his canine children, Lily, Blitz and Emma, and his Amazon Parrott, Axel.
A private family graveside service will be held in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
