Judith (Hutchinson) Madere

Sumter, SC…Judith Corrine Hutchinson Barfield Madere, age 69, died on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at her residence.

Born in Macon, GA on December 18, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Lucian DeLeon and Dorothy Darlene Lahmann Hutchinson. She was a friend to many and loved her animals.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Darlene Barfield on July 27, 2018.

Surviving are: three grandchildren, Brittany and B.J. Hodges of Florida and Selena Garcia June (George) of Sumter; two sisters, Jackie Hughes of Sumter, and Ann Danford of Johns Island, SC; two great grandchildren and one on the way.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm on Saturday, March 13, 2021, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 pm at Bullock Funeral Home.
