Sumter, SC…. Kirk Alan Moormann, age 53, beloved husband of 23 years to Teressa Harvest Badger Moormann, died on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at his home.
Kirk was born in Seattle, Washington, a son of Bonnie Lucille Keene Moormann and the late Phillip Gerard Moormann. He was a member of Christ Community Church in Sumter, SC. Kirk worked as a mortgage banker throughout the banking industry. He designed websites and owned 4Site Web Services. He coached soccer in his spare time and enjoyed building things for his family. He will be remembered as a devoted husband and father.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Jeremiah Moormann and Adrian Moormann, both of Sumter; his daughters, Gabriella Mindiola and her husband Christian, Natasha Pirisino, Ariella Earp-Pitkins and her husband Thomas of Smithfield, N.C., Liliana Chase and her husband Josh of Gresham, Oregon and Alexandria Moorman of Sumter; Sisters, Vivian Zoller and her husband Chad of Washington State and Christy Moormann of Washington State and one granddaughter, Emily Mindiola.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Sumter Pregnancy Center.
