Martha Jaqueline (Bivins) Clodfelter

Dalzell, SC …. Martha Jacqueline “Jackie” Bivins Clodfelter, age 65, beloved wife of 16 years to Kim Len Clodfelter, died on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Grand Strand Medical Center.

Born in Blue Ridge, GA, she was the daughter of the late John Thomas Bivins and Joanne Roper Bivins.  Jackie served her country proudly in the US Air Force, retiring as a MSGT after over 30 years of service.  She was such a sweet, loving soul who never met a stranger.  Jackie loved camping and riding motorcycles, but her true joy in life came from spending time with her family and friends.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Kim; two sons, John Jackson and his wife Bridget of Rockwall, TX, and Mark Jackson and his wife Brandy of Marshall, TX; an adopted daughter, Angel Nicholson of Alexandria, VA; her sister, Jan Bivins Meyers of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; six grandchildren, Rory, Lorelei, Daphne, Barrett, Amelia and Charlotte; two special nieces, Christy Martinez and her husband Noe of Mesquite, TX, and Kerri Blackmon of Greenville, SC; a special nephew, Jerry Blackmon and his wife Bobbie Jo of Marston, NC, and an adopted grandson Landon Nicholson.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, John Bivins, a sister, Annette Burden and her stepfather, Jorge Palerm.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 11:00 am in the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel.

She will be interred in Ft. Jackson National Cemetery at a later date.
