Sumter, SC… Miriam Partin Sanders, age 90, beloved wife of 62 years to the late William O. Sanders Sr., died on Monday, March 17, 2025, at National Healthcare of Sumter.
Miriam was born in Sumter, SC, a daughter to the late Herbert F. Partin and Ruby Jordan Partin. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, West Congregation. Miriam will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Miriam is survived by her son; William O. Sanders Jr., her daughter; Rebecca Clemons and her husband William; her grandchildren, William Clemons III and his wife Jennifer, Chris Sanders and his wife Kelly, and Brad Clemons; and her great grandchildren Braelyn Grey Clemons, Maverick Oliver Clemons, Jonah Blue Sanders, Ava Willow Sanders.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Gardens at Sumter and Agape Hospice for all the loving care they gave to Miriam.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 3:00pm.
