Nathan Michael Strickler

Sumter, SC............. Nathan Michael Strickler, age 36, beloved husband of 18 years to Shannon Elizabeth Messimer, died on Wednesday, September 6th, 2023.

Mr. Strickler was born in Lebanon, PA, the son of Terry Lee Yordy and Diana Strickler. He was a General Manager at Thompson Industrial. Nathan was an avid sports fan, enjoyed working out with his son & daughter, & being part of the Dance Dad Squad.

Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are: Two sons, Julian D. Strickler of Lebanon, PA, and Camdyn M. Strickler of Sumter, SC; One daughter Olivia M. Strickler of Sumter, SC; One sister, Nicole M. Yordy of Lebanon, PA; One brother-in-law, Kevin A. Messimer of Sumter, SC; and One grandson, Azael J. Strickler-Zavaleta.

He was preceded in death by an aunt, Sherry Fessler.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 13th, 2023 at 11:00am at St. Anne’s Catholic Church with Father Giovannie Nunez officiating.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 12th, 2023 from 6-8pm at Bullock Funeral Home.
