Pamela Ruth (Smith) Solanes

It is with deep sorrow to announce the passing of Pamela Ruth Solanes on September 21st, 2024.

Pam is survived by her husband William Solanes, son Christopher Yarbrough and daughter-in-law Rachel Yarbrough, her daughters Jordan Saxby and Kaitlynn Klobe, her son-in-law Erik Klobe, along with her ten grandchildren and great-granddaughter.

Pam was not only a devoted wife, but also a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She carried a brightness with her, and more importantly she shared that brightness with those she knew.  Pam firmly believed in having fun and finding happiness in even the simplest of things. Pam was known for her compassion, outgoingness, and humor. You could always count on her to deliver a smile and make those around her laugh even at her own expense. She spent most of her time making things grow, enjoying quality time with all her grandchildren, and taking fun spontaneous trips with family and close friends. She also enjoyed sharing memorable stories to not only inspire, but to also teach all those who listened to be the best person they could be. She carried with her a unique sense of wisdom about her that she often shared. A wisdom that those who knew her will always remember…

While our hearts are heavy with her passing, we take consolation in knowing that Pam is watching over us from above. Her love will continue to shine in the lives of those she touched, and her legacy of love and laughter will always endure.
