Mr. Ralph “BoBo” Richardson Jr. departed this life on Monday, December 5th, 2022, at MUSC in Charleston South Carolina. He was born in Baltimore Maryland on February 11, 1958. He was the son of the late Ralph Richardson Sr and the late Jesse Mae Sanders Walker and the husband of Dorothy Ann Myers Richardson.
BoBo was a graduate of Maywood High School, Class of 1977. He professed Christ as his savior. He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church USA in Alcolu SC. There he served on the Trustee Board and the Men’s and Spiritual Ensemble Choir Ministries. He worked for Calen and Nunnery Roofing, and H. O. Wolding. Prior to his death, he was employed by Total Lubrication Management Incorporation as an Oil Reclamation Technician.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a grandson and a brother-in-law. He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 24 years, Dorothy Ann Myers Richardson; 5 children, Maleek Myers , Evan Richardson, Ebony Richardson, DeLeon Richardson, and Raphael Richardson; his siblings; two sisters, Lakeshia Walker and Angie Walker of Baltimore, Maryland; two brothers, Joseph Walker of Baltimore Maryland and Eddie Walker of Charlotte North Carolina; one grandson, DeMari Richardson; two granddaughters, De’Lia Richardson and Shai Richardson, and two great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Minister Judy Simon of Columbia, South Carolina; two brothers-in-law, Stacy Myers and Jason Myers of Sumter, South Carolina., and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
