Randal William Huggins

Sumter, SC…. Randal William Huggins, affectionately known as Scooter, age 39, passed away at Sumter East Health and Rehabilitation Center on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.

Randal was born in Sumter, SC, a son of Karen Yvonne Huggins and the late Randal Ellie Dickson.  He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish. He enjoyed life to the fullest and loved his family wholeheartedly. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, and uncle. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his mother, Randal is survived by one daughter; two brothers, Michael Huggins and Benjamin Huggins; one sister, Rebecca Poole and her husband Mack; one uncle, Matthew Driggers and his wife Becky, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at Bullock Funeral Home on Monday, June 23, 2025, from 5:00 - 7:00pm.
