Regina Denise (Gainey) Barrington

Sumter, SC…. Regina Denise Gainey Barrington, age 64, died on Monday, April 15, 2024, at Prisma Health Toumey Hosptial.

Born in Marlboro County, she was the daughter of Linda Gainey and the late Merton Robert Gainey.  She was known for being loving and caring to all that she knew. Regina loved spending time with family, especially her grandkids. She will be remembered as a very loving mother, loving daughter, grandmother,  and friend.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her mother she is survived by; one son, Jeff Wallace and wife Sharon of Holden Beach, NC; one daughter, Angela Wallace and husband Joe of Shallotte, NC; 3 sisters; one brother; and seven grandchildren.
