Robert Rodney Anderson

Sumter, SC ….. Robert Rodney Anderson, age 34, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021.

Born in Sumter, SC, he was the son of Robert Eugene Anderson and Carla Jean Blair Anderson.  Robert loved woodworking and making things with his hands.  He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing.  Robert had a huge heart and was always willing to help others.  His true joy in life was spending time with his children.  He will be remembered as a very loving father, son, brother and friend.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

Surviving in addition to his parents are; one son, Jordan Anderson of Hopkins; two daughters, Alia Anderson and Lilly Anderson, both of Myrtle Beach; one sister, Patricia Tilton of Sumter.

He is preceded in death by a sister, Angel Marie Anderson.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 3:00 pm at the home of his mother.
