Tommy Kaye Ramey

Wedgefield, SC…Tommy Kaye Ramey, age 61, beloved wife of Wes Ramey, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024, at her home.

Born in West Helena, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Tommy Neil Smith and Anita Harris Moore. Tommy was a teacher in the Sumter School District for many years. Her students throughout the years loved her, many keeping in touch even after leaving her class. She was a loving wife and mother who will be dearly missed.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Kevin Scott Ramey, of Cherryvale, SC.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Adrienne Ramey.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 2:00 at Dalzell Methodist Church, 3330 Balck River Rd. Dalzell, SC.
