Obituary
Virginia Belle West Barber, age 79, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023, at Prisma Health Tuomey.
Born in Lynchburg, VA, she was the daughter of the late Edward Gilbert West and Evelyn Inez Owen West. Virginia was a resident of The Gardens at Sumter, 2065 McCrays Mill Road, Sumter, SC.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her son, Jeffrey L. Barber and his wife Laura of Merritt Island, FL; three sisters, Barbara McCoy of Dalzell, SC, Jean Dew and her husband Dave of Eagle Rock, VA, and Faye Hunter and her husband Bob of Bolivia, NC; one grandson, Sean Zachary Barber and his wife Alaina, one great granddaughter, Vivian Anastasia Barber of Albuquerque, NM.
Services will be held at a later date.
