Wendy Marie (Baker) Jessen

Sumter, SC …. Wendy Marie Jessen, age 61 beloved wife of 43 years to Terry Lynn Jessen, died on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at McLeod Health Clarendon. 

Born in San Fernando, CA, Wendy is the daughter of the late Thomas Newton Baker and the late Diane Consuelo Baker.  She Loved whole heartedly!  She loves her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, country setting, camping, the ocean and just loved all around being with family and friends. 

Family isn’t always blood mama would say, it’s what you make of it!!!

Surviving to Cherish her memories are two children, her son, Clayton Jessen and his wife Letha and her daughter, Lynnett Coombs, and her husband James; nine grandchildren, Kacia Sox and her husband Striker, Gabby, Noel, Enira, Des, Rissa, Rylie, and TyBrain; two Great Grandsons, Colten, and Levi James; two sisters, Lisa & Brenda; a brother Brett; she was a loving sister-in-law to Heidi, Buzz, and Steven. She was one amazing auntie to many nieces and nephews as well as an out of this world friend with a Heart of Gold. 

She is proceeded in death by her parents Thomas & Diane Baker, Brother Michael Baker & Her baby Girl Tara Lynn Jessen.
