Bishopville, SC….Janet Ann Boone Meyer, age 60, beloved wife of Stanley John Meyer, died on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at her residence.

Born in Bishopville, she was the daughter of the late John Benjamin Boone and Annie Mae Baker Boone. She enjoyed sewing and crafts. She loved playing the guitar and music. She liked planting her garden and playing with her dogs. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Surviving in addition to her husband are: one son, Sedwick Vern Hopkins, Jr. of Spartanburg; two daughters, Darlene A. Henderson and her husband Ben of Sumter and Denise Meyer of Columbia; two grandchildren, Christina M. Henderson and Grace Ann Meyer; three brothers, John Boone and his wife Wendy of Bishopville; Wintford Boone of Darlington, Bennie Boone of Orlando FL; and two sister, Kathy Hutzell and her husband William of Myrtle Beach and Linda Coleman and her husband Mitchell of Dillon.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ray Boone and one sister, Elmer Bramlett.

A funeral service will held on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at 3:00 pm in the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 3:00-5:00 pm at Bullock Funeral Home.
