Robert Carter

Sumter, SC……………… Robert Wesley Carter, age 76, died on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at his home.

Mr. Carter was born in Rock Hill, SC, the son of the late Woodrow Wilson Carter and Caroline Williams Carter. He retired after 30 years from Santee Print Works where he was a Technical Superintendent. Robert loved to play golf and will be missed by all who knew him.

Survivors are: One son, Robert Wesley Carter, II of Charleston, SC; Three daughters, Monica Kucewesky and her husband Justin of Mooresville, NC, Claudia Crawford and her husband Allan of Sumter, SC, and Erin Pfeiffer and her husband Joel of Logansport, IN; Six grandchildren, Katie Carter, Natalie Carter, Kinley Coulter, Mattie Coulter, Owen Pfeiffer, and Austin Pfeiffer; and Three bonus grandchildren, Camden, Paisley, and Altman Crawford.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 at 4:00pm at the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Aaron Reed officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2-4pm, Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 at Bullock Funeral Home.
